Navigate Change,

One Step at a Time

Hi! I’m Betty! I’m a Life Coach focused on empowering individuals to navigate life’s changes with clarity, resilience, and purpose. Offering personalized strategies whether you’re adjusting to a career shift, moving to a new city or experiencing personal growth.

The first step is always the hardest but I promise, I make it easy.

Let’s have a quick chat!

You can check my vibe and I can let you know how I’ll be able to help you navigate anything life throws at you.

Everything starts with how you talk to yourself. A positive mindset can change the way you see the world and your place in it. It doesn’t mean that everything is great all the time but this feeling of positivity and joy can help you get out of those difficult times easier.

For me, life is a ‘continuous project altered daily’ (Robert Morris). Things are going to change but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing, change can be beautiful if you have the tools to navigate it.

There is no better feeling than knowing you can handle whatever life throws at you. Building resilience will forever help you have the confidence to know you’ve got this!

When we are kids, being creative and having fun is second nature. As we grow up the world tells us to rein that in, “be serious”, and “act like an adult”. Life doesn’t have to be so serious all of the time! When was the last time you actually coloured outside the lines?

Are you having a hard time knowing where to start?

Mindset is the first step in being able to navigate change.

Grab these four empowering statements to help you feel focused,

courageous, and ready to take the changes head-on!

Meet Betty

Hello! I’m Betty, and my mission is to help people navigate life’s changes, build resilience, and have fun along the way. This approach isn’t just how I coach—it’s who I am and how I’ve lived my life. Change is inevitable, whether it’s a small shift or something that completely reshapes your future. But with a plan and a positive mindset, you can adapt and thrive. I use the principles of Tiny Habits and a small-steps approach to help my clients feel better equipped to handle life’s transitions.

Before becoming a Life Coach, I spent 17 years in the fast-paced entertainment and event management world, handling logistics and execution. Last-minute changes and quick decisions were daily challenges, often out of my control. This experience, combined with navigating significant personal changes—from growing up with a brother who had physical and mental disabilities to adjusting to my parents’ divorce and remarriages—taught me the value of resilience.

As an adult, I’ve continued to embrace change. I’m a wife and mother to a lively 5-year-old, and over the past 10 years, my family—who we call “Team Nomad”—has lived in seven cities across three countries. Some of these moves were for work, while others were unexpected, but each required us to adapt and grow.

I found my calling as a Life Coach after my daughter was born during the Covid-19 lockdowns. As the world paused to reflect, I realized I had the opportunity to help others navigate the changes in their lives. Whether you have time to plan or need to make a quick adjustment, you CAN feel resilient and handle change with grace.
